Position: Jr. Camp Counselor
This position is for individuals who are 15 years of age.
The Warsofsky family epitomizes friendship! Long-lasting supporters of the Boys & Girls Club of Marshfield, the Warsofsky’s passion for providing unique out of school opportunities for the children of the South Shore prompted a summer family partnership unlike any other in BGCM history! We are so excited to embark on the inaugural year of Camp Warsofsky and that you all get to be a part of it!
This year’s camp staff will be the best of the best: elite if you will. What does that mean? Our Camp staff will include individuals of exceptional talent and creativity, skill, leadership, initiative, youth role models, and FUN INFLUENCERS! If ALL these characteristics sound like you, please reach out to me! Camp Warsofsky runs for 10 weeks starting June 17th until August 23rd. Jr. Counselors start July 1 and end August 23 but will participate in our before camp training dates.
As a Jr. Camp Counselor you are an extension of the the Camp Counselor for that specific group. You may be responsible for managing campers, participating and engaging in daily activities, running an activity, helping set up/tare down activities, greeting campers, checking campers in/out, basic cleaning, preparing/distributing snacks for campers, etc. But above all, HAVING FUN with campers!
