Position: Camp Counselor
This position is a for individuals 16 years or older.

Long-lasting supporters of the Boys & Girls Club of Marshfield, the Warsofsky’s passion for providing unique out of school opportunities for the children of the South Shore prompted a summer family partnership unlike any other in BGCM history! We are so excited to embark on the inaugural year of Camp Warsofsky and that you all get to be a part of it!
This year’s camp staff will be the best of the best: elite if you will. What does that mean? Our Camp staff will include individuals of exceptional talent and creativity, skill, leadership, initiative, youth role models, and FUN INFLUENCERS! Camp Warsofksy runs for 10 weeks during the Summer from June 17-Aug. 23. Counselors are expected to work 8 of those 10 weeks (the more the weeks the better!) Counselors are responsible for a group of campers ranging from ages 5 to 11 years old. Counselors working with 5-6 year old youth have a 1:5 ratio, while counselors working with 7-up youth will have a 1:10 ratio. Within the group setting, counselors will manage group behaviors, participate and engage in daily activities, provide a safe space for youth, and above all HAVE FUN with youth!
