Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated student to join our team as a Pet Care Assistant. This role is perfect for someone who not only loves animals but also understands the importance of attentive, detail-oriented care. As a member of TT’s Pampered Pets, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our standard of excellence in pet care, providing essential services such as feeding, walking, and companionship.
Key Responsibilities:
• Feeding and Watering: Ensuring all pets have access to fresh food and water according to their dietary needs.
• Walking and Exercise: Providing dogs with regular walks, while adhering strictly to our leash policy for their safety and well-being.
• Companionship: Spending quality time with pets, offering affection and attention to ensure they feel loved and secure in their owners’ absence.
• Attention to Detail: Monitoring pets for any signs of distress or health issues and reporting concerns promptly to management.
• Safety First: Upholding the highest standards of safety and well-being for all pets under our care.
Ideal Candidate:
• A high school or college student with a flexible schedule, particularly available for part-time work including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• A genuine love for animals of all kinds, from cats and dogs to more unique pets like donkeys, horses, chickens, and fish.
• A trustworthy individual with a high attention to detail, capable of following specific care instructions.
• Previous experience with animals is a plus, though not required.
• Must be a hard worker who treats every pet as if they were your own.
