Why is there a participation fee this year?

For nearly a decade, HIREDuxbury has been free for employers, with DSU absorbing the full cost of planning and producing the event. As HIREDuxbury grows, so do the real costs behind it — staffing, materials, promotion, and logistics. This fee is a shared investment that helps keep HIREDuxbury sustainable and high-quality for students and participating organizations. This is not a fundraiser.
