The Massachusetts Air National Guard has two main bases across the state performing seven unique missions training and preparing the citizen Airmen to respond to the governor of Massachusetts for state emergencies or the call of the president in times of crisis. The 102nd Intelligence Wing provides world wide precision intelligence and command and control along with trained experienced Airmen for expeditionary combat support and homeland security. The 104th Fighter Wing is tasked to provide operationally ready combat units, combat support units and qualified personnel for active duty.
