Eligibility
Employees and volunteers aged 14–21, hired or recruited in the last year through HIREDuxbury or HIREDuxbury.org job/volunteer portal.

- Customer Service – Friendly, helpful, and professional
- Teamwork & Collaboration – Works well with others, communicates effectively
- Personal Growth & Initiative – Improves skills, takes on new challenges

How to Nominate
Complete the Employee of the Year nomination form or the Volunteer of the Year nomination form by Wednesday, March 5th with nominee’s name & role, examples of excellence in the criteria above and a short statement on why they deserve the award.
Award Recognition
All nominations will be honored at HIREDuxbury on Thursday, March 13th, 6:00 PM @ DHS Presentation Hall. The Employee and Volunteer of the Year winners will be announced. The employee of the year will receive $200 and the Volunteer of the Year will receive $100, along with recognition of social media and communications.
