Position: Service Corps
At Camp Wing Day Camp, our programming helps campers grow through swimming, sports, crafts, performing arts, adventure activities, and more. Becoming a Day Camp team member adds depth and experience for those interested in youth development, education, outdoor recreation, social work, leadership, and many additional career paths. Join us in making a lasting impact on the next generation.
- Work alongside full counselors to lead and inspire campers through a variety of exciting daily activities, including sports, creative arts, adventure challenges, and instructional swim lessons
- Help campers explore their interests and build new skills by guiding them through fun activities like archery, climbing, kayaking, canoeing, and ropes courses
- Collaborate with your counselor to create a supportive and engaging environment where campers feel safe, encouraged, and excited to try new things
- Work closely with trained staff to support campers’ social and emotional growth, assisting in managing group dynamics and addressing challenges with care
- Play a key role in maintaining a vibrant, organized camp atmosphere, ensuring smooth transitions between activities and a fun, welcoming environment for all
Pay starts at $250 per week. Community service hours are also provided upon request. Eligible for certification incentives and a completion bonus for full-summer commitment.
