Are you ready for the best summer ever? Camp Warsofsky at the Boys & Girls Club of Marshfield is looking for fun, energetic, and responsible individuals 16 years or older to join our elite camp staff this summer!
About Camp Warsofsky:
We provide a traditional summer camp experience for kids ages 5-11, running for 10 weeks from June 17 – August 23. Our camp is packed with games, swimming, activities, outdoor adventures, excursions, field trips, unforgettable memories, and more!

If this sounds like YOU, we want to hear from you!
Counselor Expectations:
- Work at least 8 of the 10 weeks (the more, the better!).
- Lead and supervise a group of campers (ages 5-14).
- Maintain a 1:5 counselor-to-camper ratio for ages 5-6 and 1:10 for ages 7+.
- Create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for all campers.
- Participate in and lead fun daily activities, including sports, arts, and outdoor adventures.
- Foster positive relationships with campers and fellow staff.
