Are you looking for a fun, rewarding job where you can make a difference in the lives of kids while gaining valuable work experience? The Boys & Girls Club of Marshfield is hiring energetic, responsible, and outgoing individuals ages 16-18 to work nights and weekends!
About the Role:
Evening & Weekend Youth Staff help create a safe, engaging, and fun environment for kids and families during after-hours programming. Whether you’re supervising open gym, leading games and activities, or helping run birthday parties, you’ll be an essential part of making sure every child has a great time at the Club!
Job Responsibilities:
🏀 Supervise Open Gym – Help manage games, encourage good sportsmanship, and keep kids engaged in fun and active play.
🎉 Run Birthday Parties & Events – Set up, organize activities, and ensure guests have a fantastic experience.
🏆 Lead Activities & Games – Facilitate fun group games, crafts, and challenges for Club members.
👀 Ensure a Safe Environment – Monitor spaces, enforce Club rules, and create a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere.
🤝 Be a Positive Role Model – Engage with kids, encourage participation, and help build confidence.
